Compass
Sprint's Compass is a customer-facing web portal designed to provide IP/MPLS customers with useful tools and information to maximize their ability to manage their networks.

Users can use Compass to:

  • View Performance Reports
  • Open Trouble Tickets
  • Open Change Requests
  • View Maintenance Events
  • Troubleshoot Devices in real-time
Customers can also make use of the Compass billing features to:
  • View invoices
  • Make online payments
  • Enable E-billing for invoices
  • View custom reports and billing analytics

Payment and Billing
Online Invoices

Data customers have the ability to access, view and print invoices online. If you already have a user id and password navigate to the Invoices section.

Online Bill Pay
With Compass, data customers can also pay invoices, check account balances and view the last payment made.

If you already have access, navigate to the Invoices section, view the Monthly Statements tab and select the "Pay Bill" icon located to the right of the account.

Sprint Bill Analyzer
The Sprint Bill Analyzer (SBA) tool provides data customers with customized reports and analytics of their billing data.

If you already have access, navigate to the Invoices section, view the Sprint Bill Analyzer tab and select from the reporting options.
